Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For health/safety reasons, opened consumables cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used consumables
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
How to Start a Return
- Email support@drinkrelaxo.com with your order number and reason.
- We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
- Pack items securely; include the original packing slip if available.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Exchanges & Damages
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos; we’ll replace or refund as appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
